You agree to take appropriate measures to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access to your wallet.

4. NEVA Token and Market Volatility:

You understand and agree that the price of the NEVA token is subject to market volatility. There is no guarantee of profit, and you may incur losses when buying NEVA tokens. Investing in NEVA tokens is your own responsibility, and you should thoroughly research and consider the risks involved before making any investment.

5. Roadmap and Development:

You understand and agree that the Neva Team provides a roadmap and development plans as goals and aspirations for the project's growth. However, there is no obligation of results, and these plans are subject to change without notice. The roadmap expresses the intended direction but does not constitute a guarantee of delivery or outcome.

You also confirm that you are not a "Prohibited Person" and that neither you nor any person or entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with you is a Prohibited Person.
